What does this bot do?
It solves the problem where the organizer of the event has to manually randomize a list of their participants or draw them randomly and then coordinate amongst them as to who has to get gifts for whom, what do they like, etc etc. This bot helps with the random assign, secretly DMing all participants and lets the event organizer also join in on the fun.

What data do you store?
Following data is stored.
- Server IDs.
- To keep track of all the servers and their respective secret santa events. This bot does not offer cross server secret santa event capabilities.
- User IDs.
- User IDs of all participating members are stored.
- User likes/input data from message content.
- The data entered by the user by using the bot's slash commands are stored. These are forwarded later to their secret santa to help aid them in getting a gift.
- We take no liability on what users enter as a part of their likes. Any form of spam, hateful langugage, hateful speech is solely the responsibility of their respective server admins in policing their own server rules. PLEASE DONOT CONTACT US FOR ANY SUCH MISDEMEANOR. We are simply data handlers, we cannot control what data you put in.
How long is the data stored?
Will be stored for 1 year(s) after the bot leaves a server. It will be marked for deletion. This is for safety reasons for the bot, if it ever comes under scrutiny.
Are you selling my/our data for profits?
Absolutely not. We take pride in safely and securely storing your data. Your data will never be sold to any organization whatsoever.
(If you feel uncomfortable with us keeping your data, you can remove the bot from the server. After which we will mark your data for deletion and it will be erased after 1 year(s) to comply with certain regulations and safety if the bot is under scrutiny.)
With whom do you share my/our data?
We donot share any of your data with any third parties, except when we believe it is necessary to comply with the applicable law.

The Secret Santa Bot is constantly evolving with more features, improvements and bug-fixes so these terms may need changing along with our changing offered services. The right to change these terms of services lays solely with the owner of the Bot and/or the team that develops the bot.

What does using these offered services cost?
Currently all the services offered by Secret Santa Bot are free for personal or non-commercial use.

You are free to terminate using the services offered by the bot at any point in time.
I encounterd hate speech/hateful language/any form of hatred/misinformation/etc while using your bot. What can Secret Santa Bot/the owner(s) of the bot, do about it?
The Secret Santa Bot is not designed for any filtering of user inputs. We cannot control what you/your server members input as a part of their likes. The bot announces what each person inputs as their likes when they use the slash command. So if any action needs to be taken, it's the sole responsibility of that respective server owner/admin/moderator (team).
